Here’s what I’ve been messing around with today. We’re trying to come up with a concept direction for our 2010 National Bible Sunday Campaign. This year: Read, Reflect, Respond. My thinking behind these directions is that ideally once the participant finishes reading he/she will reflect and that reflection will lead to a response. The response focus for this campaign is responding to poverty and justice issues. That aspect will be flushed out further throughout the collateral. These directions focus on the read/reflect/respond coming together and creating one.

“Come now, let’s settle this,”
says the Lord.
“Though your sins are like scarlet,
I will make them as white as snow.
Though they are red like crimson,
I will make them as white as wool.

In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, so that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

So, the color is all off in this post for some reason. The illustration does not look like this at all. It was actually the illustration which was selected for the corporate ABS Christmas card this year by ABS Presiden R. Larmar Vest. I’ll get some product shots of it once they come in…for now i guess enjoy this miscolored rendition of the image…
